Step-by-step solutions

Studio access issues are easiest to solve when support receives the exact booking time and building details.

  1. Open the booking confirmation and verify the room, time, and building information.
  2. Check whether your access window has started; many rooms unlock only shortly before the session.
  3. Use the urgent support contact with your booking ID and a screenshot of the access issue.
  4. Wait near the room while the operations team verifies or refreshes the entry permissions.
For active sessions, urgent access requests should be shared immediately rather than through email.

Some equipment is bundled by default, while specialty setups need advance notice.

  1. Review the equipment listed on the room or class booking screen.
  2. Add your extra gear request in the notes while booking whenever possible.
  3. If the booking already exists, send a support request with the session date and exact requirement.
  4. Wait for equipment availability confirmation before arriving with a performance plan.
Requests for premium keyboards, amps, or recording accessories are subject to location availability.

Guest access varies by room and plan, so it is best to confirm before the session begins.

  1. Check whether your room type or session format allows companions.
  2. If unsure, contact support with the booking ID and guest count.
  3. Arrive a few minutes early so any access restrictions can be resolved before class starts.
  4. Follow any building or studio-specific guest entry instructions shared by support.
Late arrival does not always extend the booked slot, especially during peak-hour studio usage.
